MG Design is the internal division of MG Components dedicated to the technical development and design of industrial components made from plastic materials. Thanks to our experience in polymer processing and the use of advanced technologies, the MG Design team supports clients throughout every stage of the project, from the analysis of requirements to the realization of the final product. How it Works

From idea to finished product

Contact and request

The client can contact us via email to present their idea or requirement. In this phase, we collect all the necessary information about the desired product, the environment in which it will be used, and any specific technical features required.

Project analysis

The MG Design team analyzes the request to identify the most suitable solution. We evaluate materials, dimensions, functionality, and production feasibility, proposing the best options to transform the initial idea into a concrete project.

Design and development

Once the solution has been defined, we proceed with the technical design of the product. In this phase, construction details are developed and, if necessary, prototypes or models are created to verify aesthetics, functionality, and the overall quality of the final result.

Production

After the project is approved by the client, the product enters the production phase. Thanks to the technologies and manufacturing experience of MG Components, each component is produced with high standards of quality and precision.

Delivery

The finished product is inspected and prepared for delivery. The goal is to ensure a final result that fully reflects the original project and meets the client’s expectations.
